Lithuanian Airlines (also known as flyLAL) was the national airline of Lithuania. It operated domestic and international scheduled services. It was based at Vilnius international airport. The airline suspended its operations in January 2009 due to financial difficulties. Air Lituanica replaces Lithuanian Airlines as national airline when it began flying in 2013. However, it too ceased operations in 2015.
