Carry-on baggage allowance may be specified on the e-ticket for the passenger. Any items onboard must fit within the overhead lockers or under the seat. Items exceeding the dimensions and/or weight must be transported as checked baggage. This is for the safety of all passengers and crews onboard.

All items onboard are subjected to airport security checks and no passengers should be carrying prohibited items onboard including any fluid exceeding 100ml. Any fluid carried must be placed in a see-through plastic bag for inspection.

Checked baggage allowance will be listed on the e-ticket and passengers must strictly follow the baggage policy of the airline. Any excess baggage or baggage exceeding the baggage dimensions may be subject to extra fees.

Any baggage exceeding 32kg won't be accepted by the airline for health and safety reasons. Checked baggage transported with the airline will be tagged with an identification tag.

Online check-in is available on the Air Horizont website. Passengers are always advised to check-in online before arriving at the airport.

Please have the passenger's booking reference and last name to proceed with online check-in. Passengers who don't check-in online must check-in at the airport.

Airport check-in deadline varies from airport to airport and it can be found on the airline timetable or at the airport. Passengers who fail to check-in before the check-in deadline may be refused to board the aircraft.

At Alternative Airlines, we recommend passengers to arrive at the airport three hours before the scheduled departure time. Once arrived, passengers should report to the airline check-in counters directly.
