About Air Haifa
Air Haifa is a new Israeli airline that began operating in late September 2024. It's a low-cost airline that provides short-haul flights for residents of northern Israel. Its hub is Uri Michaeli Haifa International Airport (HFA), and it flies domestically and internationally to Cyprus and Athens. Its fleet consists of ATR 72-600s.
Baggage Policy
Carry-on Baggage
- You can bring a small personal bag for free that must fit underneath your seat (this could be a shoulder bag or a small backpack).
- The bag cannot exceed 40 x 30 x 20 cm to fit the dimensions of your seat.
- If you want to bring a bigger bag, you can pay a small fee. You will then be allowed a bag/suitcase of up to 55 x 40 x 25 cm, weighing no more than 8kg.
Checked Baggage
- If you want to bring a bigger suitcase, you can pay a small sum to be eligible for checked baggage.
- The suitcase can be up to 190 cm (width + height + depth) and can weigh no more than 20kg.
- Equipment such as bicycles, skis, surfboards and fishing rods aren't allowed.

- Air Haifa consists of just its economy class.
- Its seats are comfortable, with rows of two, an aisle, and a window, so there's no awkward middle seating.
Check-In
Airport Check-in
- Check-in facilities will be available at the airport.
- We recommend that you arrive no later than 90 minutes before departure for a domestic flight and at least two hours before a short-haul international one.
In-Flight Entertainment & Wi-Fi
Air Haifa operates short-haul flights. Because of this, it doesn't offer Wi-Fi or inflight entertainment.
Food & Drink
Complimentary drinks and snacks are not expected to be provided. However, the airline may offer a buy-onboard service during the flight.
