Shop Pay is a virtual wallet and flexible payment provider that allows users to easily and securely checkout online purchases. With Shop Pay, users can instantly make online purchases without having to re-enter payment card details. Shop Pay also offers Shop Pay Installments that lets users split the cost of their purchases into 4 bi-weekly payments or monthly payments up to 12 months - this is in partnership with Affirm, a popular payment plan provider based in the US.

Firstly, fill out our search form at the top of the page with your departure/arrival cities, the number of passengers flying, the days you plan to fly and the cabin class you'd prefer to fly in.
We'll display all the available flights based on your search criteria. Select the flight that's most suitable for you and confirm your selection to proceed.
Once you've reached the payment methods section, select Shop Pay as your preferred payment method. If you haven't already got a Shop account, you'll be prompted to create one and enter your payment card details. If you want to pay later for your flights with Shop Pay, you can use Shop Pay installments (in partnership with Affirm). Pick the plan that works best for you. Shop Pay will do a quick eligibility check - once approved you can make your first payment.
After the first instalment has been paid, your booking will be confirmed and we'll send you your e-tickets immediately. Sit back, relax and enjoy your journey!

When you search for flights through Alternative Airlines, you can book with any of the 600+ airlines we ticket on our site. What's more - you can pay securely for those flights using Shop Pay or pay later with Shop Pay Installments.
Unfortunately, we don't yet offer Shop Pay as a payment method at Alternative Airlines, however, you can still pay securely for your flight using Apple Pay, Cash App or PayPal. If you'd like to finance your flight, you can instead use Afterpay, Affirm or Klarna, among many other Buy Now Pay Later plans.
Once you've securely checked out with Shop Pay, you'll receive your e-tickets from us almost instantly. If you're using a Shop Pay Installments plan, we'll send you your e-tickets as soon as you've made your first payment.
Please note that in some circumstances, you may not instantly receive your e-tickets - this could be due to us carrying out a few extra checks. Don't panic! We'll make sure to get your e-tickets to you within 24 hours of booking and keep you updated on the process!

You can also use Shop Pay Installments to spread the cost of your flights into manageable instalments - this feature is supported by Affirm. There are bi-weekly and monthly repayment options available, depending on the cost of your flights. You can pay for your flights in 4 bi-weekly instalments, interest-free. The 12 monthly instalment option is subject to interest fees.

You can instead use alternative payment methods that work similarly to Shop Pay. If you'd like to pay for your flights instantly, you can use Apple Pay, PayPal or Cash App. If you'd like to pay later for your flights, you can use Affirm, Afterpay or Klarna, among several others.
With Shop Pay Installments, there are no late fees if you miss a payment. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use this service again in the future.
Yes, your application to use Shop Pay Installments can be denied. Make sure you're paying for your flights with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or American Express when using Shop Pay. Capital One, prepaid debit or prepaid credit cards won't be accepted.
You need to be a resident of the United States and have a US mobile number to use Shop Pay Installments.
With Shop Pay, you won't need to pay any extra charges than what has been agreed in your contract. If you miss a payment, you won't be charged a late fee however this may affect your chances of being able to use Shop Pay again for future purchases.
