This service gives travellers easy access to remote communities, as well as numerous adventures on Prince of Wales Island. Baggage Policy
The total baggage allowance for both carry-on and checked baggage are limited to 50 lbs (23kg). There are no restrictions on the number of baggage allowed but any single pieces of baggage heavier than 45 lbs would be charged with an overweight baggage fee.

Ticket Fares
Although the onboard experience will be the same for all passengers, the airline does offer two ticket fares: Standard and Flex. Although the Flex ticket costs more, it offers greater flexibility for passengers. If you think you might need to cancel or rearrange your flights, this might be the best option for you.

Airport Check-in
All passengers should confirm the itinerary 24 hours before the flight and airport check-in counters close 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Travellers are required to travel with valid photographic identification for the airline to verify the traveller's identity.
Please proceed to the airline's designated check-in area once arriving at the airport. The airport check-in counter should be clearly marked with the airline's name and logo. Destinations that Island Air Express flies to
As of January 2022, Island Air Express operates regular flights to Ketchikan and Klawock in Alaska, United States. Flights between Ketchikan and Klawock are operated daily as an air taxi. In the summer, flights are departing every 15 minutes whereas flights in the winter depart every 30 minutes.

Klawock Airport (KLW) is located 3.7km from the centre of Klawock, Alaska in the United States. The airport only has one runway mainly serving air taxi and general aviation. Island Air Express is the only airline that flies to and from the airport.
Fleet
As of October 2020, Pilatus PC-12, Cessna 950 Grand Caravan, Cessna 850 Amphibious Caravan, Cessna 206 Stationair. Most of the aircraft equipped by the airline can accommodate nine passengers, except for Cessna 206 Stationair.

The airline offers a frequent flyer program to reward loyal passengers. Every ten flights that a passenger travels on, they will be rewarded with one complementary flight.
