Buy Gullivair Flights with Alternative Airlines

GullivAir is a Bulgarian airline. The airline is based at Sofia Airport (SOF) and flies long-haul flights to destinations across the Caribbean and Africa. Although its main base is Sofia Airport, it also has a secondary base at Bucharest Henri Coandă Airport (OTP) from which it flies. At the moment, the airline flies regularly between 5 destinations. There are plans to fly to more destinations in the near future.

GullivAir launched flights at the end of 2020 and flew its first flights in October of that year from Sofia to Nassau, as well as Sofia to Yangzhou. These destinations are not in GullivAir's regular schedule and were one-off charter flights. In December, the airline launched scheduled charter flights from Sofia and Bucharest to Mombasa and Punta Cana.

The airline has big expansion plans for 2021 and beyond, looking to bring in new aircraft to fly more long-haul routes to destinations on more continents, particularly in the US.

Cabin Classes

GullivAir has 2 cabin classes - Economy and Business class.

Economy Class

GullivAir flies with an Economy Class cabin. It's one of 2 cabins that the airline has on its planes and the only cabin that is on all of its planes. The Economy Class cabin is great for passengers that want a pleasant journey, with little added extras.

As a mostly long-haul airline, Economy Class passengers will still be served food and drink, as well as have access to in-flight entertainment on most flights. Service may change for short-haul flights.

Seats are set out in a 2 x 4 x 2 on long-haul flights and 2 x 2 on short-haul flights.

Business Class

GullivAir does have a Business Class cabin, for passengers that are looking to fly with a little more luxury.

Business Class passengers are attended to by the cabin crew, who deliver an exceptional Business Class service, just for passengers flying in Business Class.

Business Class is only available on select long-haul flights.

Seats are set out in a 2 x 2 formation.

From the latest blockbuster hits to eye-opening documentaries, GullivAir's in-flight entertainment will make the flight journey whizz by and is available to enjoy in 10 different languages.

Passengers can connect to GullivAir's in-flight entertainment system through their own personal devices. In-flight entertainment is available on any flight that has the WIFI logo onboard its planes. To enjoy in-flight entertainment, passengers must connect to the airline WIFI. Once connected, the in-flight entertainment will open on the device automatically.

Passengers are always offered food and drink on flights.

On shorter flights, passengers are offered a selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as a snack or sandwich.

On longer flights, passengers are offered a selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as snacks and a hot meal.

What is offered on the flight depends entirely on the journey length and can vary from flight to flight.
