OMAN AIR

Oman Air, which commenced operations in 1993, is the national airline of Oman. As well as international flights, the airline operates a network of domestic passenger services.

SALAMAIR

SalamAir was established in 1216 as a private airline, and is a low-cost competitor of Oman Air in Oman. The airline flies to international destinations in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, and operates domestic flights to connect the major cities in Oman, although its domestic network isn't as extensive as Oman Air's.

SalamAir check-in times

SalamAir does offer online check-in, but this is only available on certain routes. If you are wondering whether online check-in is available for your flight, you can check via the airline’s website, using your booking reference number. Airport check-in closes 60 minutes before departure.


Muscat International Airport check in times

At Muscat International Airport, the largest airport in Oman, check-in closes 60 minutes before departure. Two self-check-in kiosks are located in the Departure hall.
