Booked with Alternative Airlines and need to cancel your JetBlue flights? No problem! There are multiple ways to cancel JetBlue flights on our site. You can either do self-service cancellation via the Manage My Booking portal or you can reach out to our Customer Service team who will be happy to help you cancel your JetBlue flights.
Once you're signed in to Manage My Booking, you should see the option to send a cancellation request for your JetBlue flight(s). We'll show you the total amount of money you'll be refunded before you confirm your cancellation - this will be based on the fare rules of the JetBlue ticket you purchased.
Please be advised that the majority of flight bookings are non-refundable, under airline regulations.

Yes - JetBlue offers a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you book your JetBlue flight through Alternative Airlines at least 7 days before departure, you have a full 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel your flight, receive a full refund and not pay any cancellation fees.
If you wish to take advantage of this 24-hour cancellation policy, you need to contact us during our operating hours of 9am - 8pm UK time (GMT) so that we can get your cancellation request in time and process a refund for you.
Contacting us outside of these operating hours means we may not get your request in time, especially if the 24-hour window has elapsed by the time we've received your request. This means we may not be able to honour the 24-hour cancellation policy as JetBlue Airways won't allow us to issue the refund.
Please ensure you contact us between 9am - 8pm UK time if you wish to cancel your JetBlue booking within the 24-hour cancellation window and receive a full refund.

Refunds through Cancellation Protection:
You can request a refund for your JetBlue flights if you added our Cancellation Protection cover to your booking before checkout and need to cancel due to an emergency. To claim your refund, you need to prove you couldn't board your flight due to any of the emergency reasons covered in the Refund Protect terms and conditions.
Refunds through Cancel For Any Reason:
You can get 70% of your money back if you add Cancel For Any Reason before buying JetBlue flights on our site. You can cancel for any reason and get your 70% refund in 30 days, as long as you cancel at least 48 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. After this point, Cancel For Any Reason won't be available in Manage My Booking.
Refunds through a refundable ticket:
You can also get a refund if you purchase a refundable JetBlue ticket from Alternative Airlines. Please note that if your ticket is non-refundable, as stated in the fare rules, you won't be able to request a refund.
JetBlue states that:
For JetBlue flights booked through Alternative Airlines, you can get a full refund as part of JetBlue's 24-hour cancellation policy but you'll need to contact us as soon as possible, preferably during our operating hours of 9am - 8pm UK time (GMT). This is to allow us enough time to get in touch with JetBlue and process your refund.
If you attempt to request a cancellation outside of our operating hours, we may not be able to process your refund request within the 24-hour cancellation window. In this case, you won't be able to receive a refund.
Absolutely! If your travel plans are uncertain, consider adding our Cancel For Any Reason cover when booking your JetBlue flight. This provides a 70% refund for any cancellation, no matter the reason. You’ll receive your refund 30 days from when you make the cancellation request.
Please note that you can add this cover anytime up to 48 hours before departure.
