Plans often change or don't work out. If you have booked EasyJet flights you are no longer able to take, don't worry! You can easily cancel them with one of our quick and easy methods. Either submit a cancellation request through our Manage My Booking portal or reach out to our friendly customer support team, who are always happy to help.
1. Self-service flight cancellation via 'Manage my booking'
You can start your cancellation process by signing into our Manage My Booking portal. You can do so by entering your booking reference number. Once you're in, you will see the option to cancel or make changes to your flights booked with EasyJet. During this process you'll be able to see the amount you are entitled to receive based on EasyJet's cancellation policy outlined in their Carriage of Contract, so you can make an informed decision on whether to cancel or not.
If you added Cancel For Any Reason to your booking during checkout, you can activate it here. Cancel For Any Reason guarantees you a partial refund equivalent to 70% of your flights total value at checkout (after a 30 day period). This coverage is active until 48 hours before your flight's departure.
If you added Cancellation Protection to your booking, you're able to get a full refund if you need to cancel your flights for reasons considered emergencies. You can find all the details outlining what constitutes an emergency by reading our Cancellation Protection Terms and Conditions.
Note: Most airlines tickets are non-refundable as per the terms and conditions of the airline.
