Evolavia
Evolavia is an Italian virtual low cost airline based in Ancona, Italy.

Evolavia has been operating from Ancona in Italy since 2002. It is a virtual airline in that it has other airlines operate its flights but the tickets are available exclusively through Evolavia.
The current network connects Ancona with Paris, Barcelona, Palermo and Moscow plus Paris to Alghero. Evolavia - Italian Innovation Evolavia is an interesting innovative success story. It concentrates on selling tickets on a small number of routes whilst subcontracting the flying to well established charter carriers. Whilst this is not unique (e.g. Iceland Express operate in a similar way) it does mean that there can be a variety of on-board service standards depending upon the route chosen.
