Catovair is the first independent, privately owned airline of Mauritius.
Catovair Flights
Catovair operates regional scheduled service flights between the island of Mauritius, Reunion and Rodrigues. Catovair intends shortly to purchase an ATR 42, with the aim of increasing its capacity on its flights to Rodrigues. While the latter aircraft is put in place, a SAAB 340 Aircraft is currently being used to ensure the continuation of operations to Rodrigues, due to the fact that the Beechcraft 1900D has officially left the Catovair fleet.

Mauritius is the favourite holiday destination of my wife so it must be good. Catovair are a tiny, enthusiastic airline currently only operating the one route. Locally owned, locally run and with ambitions to grow, Catovair are an ideal Alternative Airlines choice.
