There is only one airline that provides scheduled flights to and from the airport: Línea Aérea Amaszonas, which is usually shortened to Amaszonas. Aerocon also offered scheduled flights to the aiport, until ceasing operations in 2015.
Medical Air Service, a global air ambulance company, also uses the airport to provide emergency medical response to Santa Ana del Yacuma. The company provides urgent transportation, as well as medical repatriation that can be arranged within a few hours, with transportation via helicopter or jet. The partnership between the Santa Ana Del Yacuma Airport and Medical Air Services means ambulances from the town and surrounding area can go directly to the waiting air ambulance.
