Price Freeze Flights is a service that lets you 'freeze' the cost of your flight ticket for a certain amount of time. With price freeze, you won't need to worry about the cost of the flight ticket increasing over time. Price Freeze Flights are perfect for those who are unable to buy flight tickets today, but can do so at a later date, without worrying about any price changes.
However, if you decide to book that flight after the expiration date, then you'll need to pay for the airline's current fare ticket. Once the Price Freeze date expires, you'll no longer be able to use it. Price Freeze is usually non-transferable, meaning that you'll not be able to transfer the Price Freeze to another flight.
Buy Now Pay Later
Although we don't offer Price Freeze as a service at Alternative Airlines, you can use one of our Buy Now Pay Later options at checkout to make it easier to pay for your flight. Alternative Airlines has partnered with a number of financing options that let you split the cost of your flight fare including Afterpay, Clearpay, Zip, Klarna and many more. This means that instead of paying for the full amount of the flight fare you can break up the cost into weekly, bi-weekly or monthly instalments. With flights on finance, you can easily manage your next vacation with easy-to-pay instalments.

What if the Price Freeze expires?
If the Price Freeze date terminates, then the price of the flight ticket will be automatically cancelled. This means that you can no longer purchase the flight at the price you 'froze'.
Please note that if you decide not the purchase the flight you choose to freeze after the expiration date, then the Price Freeze fee will remain non-refundable.
What are Price Freeze Flights?
Price Freeze Flights are flights that let you 'hold' onto the prices of flight tickets today until the expiration date. This way you are guaranteed that the price of your flight ticket won't increase. If you wish to 'freeze' the price of the flight ticket, then you'll need to purchase Price Freeze at a small fee.

How to use Price Freeze Flights?
The Price Freeze service is currently unavailable at Alternative Airlines. However, when you book through Alternative Airlines you can split the cost of your flight ticket, with any of the 600+ airlines' we ticket by selecting a financing option at checkout. Alternative Airlines offers a number of Buy Now Pay Later options at checkout that make it easy for you to manage your next trip away.
Please note that the payment method displayed at checkout will depend on the country you reside in and the currency you pay.
Can I book a different flight from what I froze?
You'll only be allowed to use your Price Freeze for the particular flight you selected when you purchased this service. Your Price Freeze is not allowed to be transferred to a different flight. However, if you wish to book another flight ticket, you can do so. The flight you 'froze' will simply expire overtime.
Is Price Freeze an Insurance Product?
No, Price Freeze is not an insurance product. Price Freeze simply allows you to secure great deals, without having to pay for the flight ticket right away. Price Freeze will let you secure the price of the flight ticket without worrying that the flight fare will increase in a couple of days. However, if you're looking to buy an insurance product for your flight ticket, you can purchase Cancellation Protection as well as Lost Baggage Insurance when you book through Alternative Airlines.
