Discover more about Slice Pay on this page.
Slice Pay is a travel-specific layaway product. When you select Slice Pay at checkout, you'll pay a 10% deposit upfront. Then the rest of your ticket cost can be paid back gradually over up to 26 instalments - ensuring no large sum is leaving your account at one time!
This means that your flights will be secured as your own, even before you've made your purchase in full.
Slice Pay has nothing to do with credit. Therefore, it conducts zero credit checks, allowing you to pay later even if you have bad credit. This also means that any missed or late payments won't lower your credit score.
If you miss a payment, Slice Pay will send you a reminder, but you won't be charged any additional fees or interest. In fact, Slice Pay involves no interest at all (although it does charge a small hold fee when you book your deposit).
There is a consequence to missed payments, though, specifically if you fail to have concluded payments by the agreed end date of your Slice Pay contract. This will be a little before flight departure, usually a week prior. If you fail to have finished paying by the end date, your flights will be cancelled.

I had an amazing experience booking my transatlantic flight through Alternative Airlines! Their platform is incredibly easy to use, with a clean interface that helped me compare flight options quickly.
What really impressed me was the range of flexible payment options - I used Slice, paid a small deposit, and now Iβm paying weekly without stress. Perfect solution for managing travel costs, especially for long-haul trips.
Every step was transparent: flight details, layovers, seat selections, all clear and easy to follow. The booking confirmation came through instantly, and I was even able to verify it with the airline directly (Finnair in my case).
This is my first time using them, but definitely not the last.
If you're looking for secure, flexible flight booking with real convenience, I 100% recommend them.
Thank you Alternative Airlines! βοΈπ
