It was very easy to navigate through the payments options and the general booking. Yes you may have to pay a little bit extra but its actually cheaper then the flight i was originally going to go for and i can stress less about the payments

Quick like a thunder! When i found my desire flight, review my details then viola in less than 5 minutes finish all the transactions, from booking to payment in less than 3minutes got my confirmation booking tru e-mail!!!

First time booking with Alternative Airlines — overall, it was a great experience. I just had one minor issue when it came time to check in.
The booking reference number I received when I purchased my ticket had been changed by the time check-in opened. I only discovered this after several failed attempts to check in, and about an hour later, I realized the booking number had been updated.
I wish I had received an email notification about that change — it would have saved some stress.
Other than that, the experience was excellent!

I was surprised how fast they responded to my email. I sent an email late at night because my visa was being delayed and I wanted to change my flight since I was unable to change it on the delta website and app. I gave them my new flight date and flights I wanted to take. They updated it within few minutes. When it was getting close to my flight time the following week. My visa was still not sent yet from the embassy. I tried changing my flight again on delta website, says “error” can’t change it. All of a sudden within 20 min without calling or emailing alternative airlines my flights was updated on the delta app. It was such a relief. I was thinking not to use them again for my future flights if I always have to contact them to change my flights due to emergency or delays with visas. But I am glad I was able to change it without contacting them since I chose none refundable tickets. That part is very important. So thanks to alternative airlines. Bravo.

The entire experience was great- it's been a long time since we have had great service on a flight. The flight attendants were amazing- especially with traveling with 2 kids- they engaged the kids with coloring books etc that assisted through a long flight. The team was attentive and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the flight.
