Email Giveaway Prize Draw

Eligibility

1.1. The giveaway is open to all customers aged 18 or over who have submitted the feedback form via certain email marketing messages.

1.2. Employees of Alternative Airlines, anyone directly connected with the promotion, or anyone who has won this prize in the previous two years, are not eligible to enter.

Entry

2.1. Each customer may submit one entry only per feedback form.

2.2. Entries are submitted by answering a short set of questions related to customer status within the email.

2.3. In submitting an entry, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for the contents of their submission.

Prize

3.1. One winner per draw will receive a £250 GBP discount voucher (or the equivalent in local currency at the time of the draw).

Prize Draw

4.1. Draws take place on the 1st day (or closest Monday) of each six-month period.

4.2. Winners are randomly selected from all eligible submissions received during the previous six-month period.

4.3. Closing time for entries is 23:59 on the last day of the month preceding the draw.

4.4. Projected draw dates for 2026–2027 are: 05/01/2026, 01/07/2026, 04/01/2027, 01/07/2027.

4.5. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw or is unable to accept the prize, an alternative winner will be selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

General Conditions

5.1. The result of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.2. Alternative Airlines reserves the right to remove or refuse any submission at its discretion; such entries will not be included in the draw.

5.3. Alternative Airlines reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues beyond its reasonable control, without liability to entrants.

Acceptance of Terms

6.1. By entering, all participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to co-operate with any publicity arising from the competition, which may include their name being used on websites, marketing materials, or social media channels.
