If you hoping to collect a rental car and haven't taken a flight prior - no need to worry as you do not need a boarding pass to rent a car from the airport. Simply follow our car rental booking journey and proceed to checkout.
When you have completed your booking you will receive a booking confirmation straight into your email inbox.
Once landed, make your way to car rental after the arrival gates, locate your chosen rental car company and complete checkin. You will be required to make a security deposit payment, this is to cover any damages to the vehicle or if you are unable to return it safely.

Customers will be able to search through a car rental brand of their choice, scroll through their favourite models, and select their preferred way to pay. Whether that be through direct debit, credit or buy now pay later! Each customer has the freedom to choose!
What payment plans does SPay Later provide?
SPay Later is a Buy Now Pay Later provider that supports customers spread the cost of their purchases into smaller bite sized chunks.
SPay Later offers 1,3,6,12 month instalment plans, 0% interest up to 3 month plans and a reduced rate of 0.5% for 6 and 12 month plans.
Why should I use BNPL for car rental?
Spreading the cost of larger purchases can create a calmer piece of mind instead of seeing an amount leaving your account all in one go. It can support you structure your finances more productively for the months ahead!
Do I need the Shopee app to activate SPay Later?
Yes! To activate SPayLater, follow the simple steps laid out below:
- On the Shopee app, select 'SPayLater' under the 'Me' tab and select 'Activate Now'
- You will be asked to choose a verification method, fill in the verification code and click Next.
- Login to Singpass Myinfo to verify identity
- Now you have successfully activated SPayLater, ensure a valid payment card is linked to your account ready for your payment plan to start.
Where can I access my booking on the shopee app after I have set up my payment plan?
The breakdown of each payment plan will be visible in the 'My Bills' section of the SPayLater homepage.
To see your upcoming bills, go to the 'Unpaid' tab where they will be listed for you. To see your completed payments that you have made previously visit the 'paid' tab.
To view your SPayLater bill details, follow these steps accordingly:
- On the Shopee app and go to the 'Me' tab
- Click on 'SPayLater'
- Select 'My Bills'
- Choose a bill you would like open
Each bill will contain all the amount, balance, refund amount and any late payment charges.
