A young driver fee may apply for any drivers under 25 years old, depending on the location.

What is Zezgo's fuel policy?
Zezgo generally operates a same-to-same fuel policy (also known as fuel-to-fuel). This means you must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that it had when you collected it.
If you return your rental vehicle with less fuel than at pickup, you will typically be charged for the missing fuel as well as an admin fee.
No refunds are given if you return your rental with more fuel than it had at pickup.

No, Zezgo don't allow pets in their rental vehicles. If Zezgo discover that a customer has had pets in one of their rental vehicles a cleaning fee will be charged which can vary by location.
Is smoking allowed in Zezgo car rentals?
No, you cannot smoke in your Zezgo car rental.
It is prohibited to smoke inside a Zezgo rental vehicle. If it is found that you have smoked in your rental, a cleaning fee will be charged. if they detect that you have smoked in the rental car.
Does Zezgo charge a cleaning fee?
Yes, Zezgo does charge a cleaning fee if you return your rental car in a condition that requires more than a normal amount of cleaning. For example, if you return your car with large food spills, strong or unpleasant odors, excessive pet hair, heavy mud, etc., a cleaning fee will be charged.
Small wear and tear from light use is accepted, such as minor dust on mats and small marks from shoes.

What is Zezgo's late return policy?
If you return your rental car late, you may be charged a late fee.
Most Zezgo branches have a grace period of 60 minutes past the specified drop-off time on your reservation details. This means that you can return your rental late by 60 minutes without being charged.
If you are going to be more than 60 minutes late, please inform your Zezgo branch as soon as possible. Failure to inform your Zezgo branch and going past the 60-minute grace period will result in you being charged a late fee at a daily rental charge at the current time (not the time of your booking).
