Can I cancel or change my OK Mobility booking?

Standard and Premium rates are refundable if you cancel before pick-up, and can be modified up to 48 hours prior to collection.

What happens if I have a break down or accident?

Roadside assistance is available 24/7, covering towing, transfer to your accommodation or the nearest office, and a replacement vehicle. Note that if the issue stems from negligence (e.g., driving under the influence), the cost is charged in full to the renter.

Can I pay later for OK Mobility rentals?

When you book with Alternative Airlines, you can select one of our 40+ ways to pay for your booking, including pay later instalment services like Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm.

What documents do I need at pickup?

A valid driving licence, ID or passport, and a credit or debit card in the main driver's name (debit accepted under certain conditions) plus your booking confirmation.

What if I need to pick up my car outside working hours?

Most branches have set opening hours, and there have been mixed reports about how well early/late arrivals are handled. It's worth confirming your specific store's hours and after-hours policy in advance, and ideally getting confirmation in writing if you're arriving outside standard times.
