Cancellation and no show policy ❌
MaxiFlex: Cancel up to 48 hours before pick-up for a full refund
Flex: Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund
Best product: Non-refundable, non-modifiable.
No show: If you don’t pick up the vehicle on time, the reservation is cancelled with no refund.
Make sure to check the terms and conditions of your rental agreement before making your booking to see which cancellation policy is applicable to your rental.
Late fees ⏰
Returning your vehicle late may result in additional charges based on how far past your return time you drop-off your vehicle.
A rental day equals 24 hours, meaning if a return is made late or made after business hours, you may be charged through the start of the next business day.

Please note: Additional drivers must meet the same criteria as the primary driver. All renters must also provide their home and local addresses as well as two telephone numbers where they can be reached.

Important note: If your international driving license is not in English or the Roman alphabet, NÜ requires you to present your passport.
Can you book one-way rentals with NÜ Car Rental?
Yes, NÜ Car Rentals does offer one-way rentals at select locations. However, availability varies, and additional fees often apply.
Some locations require vehicles to be returned to the original pick-up point. For example, rentals from Charlotte Airport (CLT) must be returned to the same location. However, one-way rentals from LAX are permitted between approved locations within California (with an added fee).
Important note: Always review the terms of your rental agreement before booking to confirm whether one-way travel is allowed at your chosen pick-up location.
Does NÜ Car Rental accept debit cards?
When you book through Alternative Airlines they do! All you've got to do is pick your ideal NÜ Car Rental, head to checkout and select the debit card option to pay your rental costs in full.
Important note: You will still be required to have a valid credit card in the renter's name to take out a rental with NÜ Car Rentals. A credit card is required to hold your security deposit, which you will get back once you return your vehicle in good condition.
Where is NÜ Car Rental at Denver Airport?
NÜ Car Rental isn't inside Denver Airport itself. Instead you will need to catch a shuttle that will transport you from the airports rental car centre (level 5, island 3) to their off-site location at 18121 E. 81st Ave, Commerce City, CO, which is near the airport.
Step by step instructions:
- Baggage Claim: Pick up your luggage on Level 5.
- Exit Terminal: Go to the main exit doors (East side: 509-511; West side: 508-510).
- Island 3: Head to Island 3 for shuttle pickup.
- Find the Shuttle: Look for the shuttle with the "NÜ Car Rental" logo.
- Shuttle to pick-up point: The shuttle will take you to their office at 18121 E 81st Ave.
Not flying into Denver Airport (DEN)? Simply head to 18121 E. 81st Ave, Commerce City, CO, to pick up your rental.
Where is NÜ Car Rental at Phoenix Airport?
NÜ Car Rental isn't inside Phoenix Sky Harbor Airports (PHX) car rental centre itself. Instead you will need to take the Sky Train to the rental car centre, where you can catch a shuttle from the visitor parking level to the NÜ Car Rental office, which is located at 2327 E. VAN BUREN ST., PHOENIX AZ.
