About Boise Airport
Boise Airport (IATA: BOI) also known as Boise Air Terminal or Gowen Field, is a civil-military airport that serves around 4 million passengers each year. The airport was built in 1926 and serves cities within the United States. The airport has an area of 5,000 acres and owns three runways.
It is by a great margin the busiest airport in the state of Idaho, serving more passengers than all of the other Idaho airports combined and has around 10 times more passengers than Idaho's second busiest airport, Idaho Falls Regional Airport.

By Road
A number of taxi companies offer taxicab services at Boise Airport. If you need a taxi, metered taxis are available at the black curb on the lower level roadway median, across from the outside of the baggage claim area. It takes only 9 minutes to Downtown Boise by taxi.
By Public Transport
Valley Ride provides frequent services to the airport, buses pick-up and drop-off at the purple curb. Sun Valley Express and Salt Lake Express provide services or on-demand shared-ride shuttle service. You can use these at the blue curb on the lower level roadway median, across from the outside of the baggage claim area.
