Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to the Asiana Airlines x Alternative Airlines Giveaway ("Giveaway"). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to comply with these T&Cs.
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Alternative Airlines (Promoter) whose registered address is Suite 6F, Gatwick House, Peeks Brook Lane, Horley, Surrey, RH6 9ST, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees, representatives, or agents of the sponsoring company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2.3 Participants must have a valid passport at the time of entering the giveaway in order to be eligible.
2.4 Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom to enter.
3. Prize
3.1 The prize for the Giveaway is flight credit worth £1000.
3.2 The value of the flight tickets is subject to the exact time and date chosen.
3.3 The flight tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
3.4 Alternative Airlines Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a flight booking or prevent the issuance of any ticket if fraudulent activities are suspected, without prior warning.
3.5 The dates available to fly on are subject to the airline involved in this giveaway. Available dates can be subject to seasonality.
4. Entry Rules
4.1 The campaign will run from the 8th of May 2024 until the 15th of May 2024.
4.2 Participants can submit their entries on Instagram and Twitter.
4.3 Participants must comply with all entry requirements specified in the giveaway post to be eligible.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
5.2 The winner will be notified through direct message with instructions to claim the prize within ten (10) days after the Giveaway ends.
5.3 The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within seven (7) days of being contacted, the promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize.
6. Redeeming the Prize
6.1 The flight tickets can only be redeemed once.
6.2 The ticket is only valid when booking in Great British Pounds (GBP).
6.3 The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
6.4 The discounted flight tickets will be valid from the 15th of May 2024.
7. Currency
7.1 The discount amount will be in Great British Pounds (GBP).
8. Booking Modifications and Cancellations
8.1 All booking modifications and cancellations are subject to Alternative Airlines' standard terms and conditions. For more information, please refer to the Company's website.
9. Data Protection and Publicity
9.1 The promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Alternative Airlines’ privacy policy.
