About Air Malawi
Air Malawi was the national airline of Malawi which operated regional passenger services.
Air Malawi began operations as a subsidiary of Central African Airways and later became independent as the national airline of Malawi. Air Malawi operated regional and domestic flights from Blantyre and was wholly owned by the Government of Malawi.
In July 2013, Air Malawi signed an agreement with Ethiopian Airlines as a new partner.
