BH Air's main hub base is Sofia, with others at Varna, Bourgas and Plodiv. The airline flies charter flights to tour operators in UK, Scandinavia, Italy, Germany and Switzerland and many other European countries. Other flight services include Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

BH Air passengers are permitted one piece of hand baggage weighing no more than 7kg with dimensions no greater than 60cm x 40cm x 30cm.

BH Air passengers flying Economy Class are permitted 20kg of checked baggage. Passengers flying Economy Class are permitted 20kg of checked baggage.

BH Air passengers must check in online as the airline doesn't offer an online check in service.
Online Check-in
Online check-in is not currently available on BH Air flights, passengers are advised to check in at the airport at least two hours before flight departure.
Airport Check-in
Airport check-in will open approximately two hours before the flight departure time. The airport check-in desk will close 45 minutes prior to departure.
