Alternative Airlines’ Employees Can Get Jet Set Ready Thanks to New Staff Benefits Package – Which Includes Generous Flight Credit

04/08/22 – High-growth flight search and booking platform Alternative Airlines – which has its UK office close to Gatwick Airport, Horley – has launched an exciting and generous new employee benefits package, including flight credits up to £1,000, wellness days and sabbaticals. 

The company has launched its new employee benefits package to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of its team, as well as attract new talent to underpin its future growth.

A distinguishing highlight of the employee benefits package is the generous flight credit for each employee. The package also recognises staff loyalty with rewards for length of service and reflects the company’s dedication to employee wellness, with additional days a year to focus on mental and physical wellbeing.

Highlights of the package include:

  • Up to £1,000 flight credit per year based on length of service, which can be used to book any flight on 
  • 2 additional wellness days a year 
  • A 2 week sabbatical opportunity for every 5 years of service

Alternative Airlines has seen explosive growth of 611% from £9m revenue in 2020 to its projected total of £64m in 2022, and plans to double in size from 70 current employees to 150 over the next 12 months.
