10/11/23 - Online Travel Agency, Alternative Airlines has officially been certified as a Great Place to Work 2023, with 85% of employees agreeing that Alternative Airlines is a great company to work for.

Alternative Airlines received impressive feedback from the independent employee survey that highlighted areas such as inclusivity and equality within the workplace, results showed that 100% of Alternative Airlines employees believe they are treated fairly, regardless of their sexual orientation, and 97% agree that they’re treated fairly regardless of race.

With 97% of respondents saying they are treated fairly regardless of their gender, policies such as ‘Baby Leave’ are integral to the continued efforts that Alternative Airlines makes to represent gender equality in the workplace.
