MyWings is a new virtual airline that is based in Pristina, Kosovo. Flights offered by the airline are operated by Trade Air and ETF Airways, both are Croatian charter airlines operating ACMI, charter and scheduled passenger services. The airline operates European flights only using a fleet of chartered Airbus A319 and Boeing 737 aircraft.

Carry-on Baggage
Details for the carry-on baggage allowance isn't currently available for the airline. Please visit the airline website closer to the launch date.
As a general rule, carry-on baggage must fit within the overhead lockers and under the seat for safety reasons. Any carry-on items exceeding the limit will be asked to be transported as checked baggage.
Prohibited items aren't allowed onboard including any fluid exceeding 100ml. If any container you carry contains fluid, you'll have to place it in a transparent plastic bag for airport security.
Checked Baggage
Details for the checked baggage allowance isn't currently available for the airline. Please visit the airline website closer to the launch date.
Any checked baggage exceeding 32kg won't be accepted by the airline due to health and safety regulations. If you wish to travel with more checked baggage, you're recommended to buy excess baggage at the point of booking as it's often cheaper than buying it at the airport.

All passengers must check-in at the airport.
Airport Check-in
At Alternative Airlines, we recommend passengers to arrive at the airport 2 hours before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights.
When you arrived at the airport, please report directly to the airline check-in desks indicated on the departure information board. The airline check-in desks will be labelled with the airline name and logo. You should have your travel document ready for check-in.
