Not directly.
You may find Goldcar rental listings on Alternative Airlines for U.S locations; however, these rentals will be fulfilled by another brand from the Europcar Mobility Group, such as Fox Rent a Car.
This means there won't be a Goldcar-branded counter/office at U.S locations. However, you will still be under the Goldcar rate and contract.
