Precision Air has announced plans to launch new scheduled flights for Johannesburg, Lusaka and Harare from its base in Tanzania.

The airline currently operates to Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Zanzibar, Mwanza, Kigoma, Tabora, Musoma, Shinyanga and Mtwara. Regionally, it also serves Nairobi, Mombasa and Entebbe plus Preciison Air is looking to expand its services to cover Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Luanda in Angola.
In a further development chief executive officer Alphonse Kioko has told local media that the airline would acquire a Boeing 737 jet aircraft iand five more ATR aircraft in 2010 and 2011. Also earlier this month the airline took delivery of its fufth brand new ATR 42-500 aircraft .
