Dalavia

The Russian Airline Dalavia was based at Khabarovsk, which is only 30 km from the Chinese border.

Dalavia Flights

One of the many airlines that were created out of the original Aeroflot break-up, Dalavia operated scheduled services along the Far Eastern coastlines of Russia. Specific domestic scheduled destinations included: Anadyr, Blagoveschensk, Chelyabinsk, Chita, Irkutsk, Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk na Amure, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Magadan, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Okhotsk, Omsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Rostov, Samara, St Petersburg, Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. International scheduled destinations include Anchorage, Baku, Dalian, Guangzhou, Harbin, Ho Chi Minh, Niigata, Aomori and Seoul.

DALAVIA fails amid cash crisis.

Khabarovsk based Dalavia has ceased flying amidst mounting debts and the resultant withdrawl of vital services by airports and fuel suppliers. Services have been taken over by Aeroflot and Vladivostok-Avia. Passengers with bookings made before 20 September will have their flights protected on the instructions of the Russian Transport Ministry. Customers will use the services of Vladivostok-Avia. Check the look and book section on this page for airlines currently flying routes previously operated by Dalavia.
