Colombian airline Aero Republic announced this week that will fly from Bogota, Colombia via Panama to San Jose, Costa Rica.
The new route will begin on June 27th 2010 and the service will operate six times a week from Sunday to Friday. The flight will depart from Bogota's El Dorado International Airport to San Jose at 06:30 arriving at 09: 15 departing again at 15:09 and arriving in Bogota at 20: 37. In both directions this new AeroRepublic flight will stop in Panama. AeroRepublica is primarily a domestic Colombian operator however since it was acquired by Copa Airlines in 2005 it has been expanding its international routes. This new route will be flown on an Embraer 190 aircraft.
