Buy your flights now and split the cost of your flights into four instalments paid over six weeks with QuadPay (now Zip). Quadpay could split your flight payments into four, breaking up the cost and making it that much more flexible. Plus, Quadpay didn't charge any interest, so you paid the price that you saw, without any hidden fees or additional charges later.

Quadpay allows you to secure and book your flights now and pay back the cost over time, in easy-to-manage set payments. Once you've found the flight that you want to buy on the Alternative Airlines website, select Quadpay as your payment method at checkout. Quadpay will perform a soft credit check to see if you're eligible to use them and — if accepted — your flight purchase will be complete.

Signing up for or using Quadpay will NEVER affect your credit score. Quadpay is not a traditional financing product, does not report to credit bureaus, and does not run a hard credit check. You don't have to worry about paying for the total cost yet — you just have to make your first payment of 25% at the time of booking and we'll send you your e-ticket right away. The remaining three payments are paid later, once every two weeks over a six-week period.

How to buy flights with Quadpay

Quadpay is only available to US and Canadian residents that are paying in US and Canadian dollars (USD & CAD).

If you're a US resident and Quadpay isn't showing at checkout, make sure you use our currency changer on the top-right hand of the screen to check that you're searching in USD.

  1. Find the flight that's right for you by using our search form at the top of the page.
  2. Enter the details for each passenger on the flight and select Quadpay as how you want to pay.
  3. Fill out a few personal details so that Quadpay can verify your identity and perform a soft credit check. Signing up for or using Quadpay will never affect your credit score.
  4. If you're accepted to use Quadpay, your flight price will be split into four equal payments. The first payment must be made at the time of booking and the remaining three are paid once every two weeks after for a total of six weeks.
    You'll be sent your e-ticket right after you make your first payment. Quadpay allows you to set up automatic payments for the remaining three payments, so all you have left to do is look forward to your flight!

How can I use Quadpay to pay for flights?

Quadpay can be used to pay for flights by finding the flight that you want to buy on the Alternative Airlines website and selecting Quadpay as your payment method at checkout. Once you've selected Quadpay and confirmed your flight, Quadpay will do a soft credit check to see if you're eligible to use them. If you're accepted, you pay 25% of your order total up front, with the remaining amount paid every two weeks for a total of six weeks.

How will the cost of my flight be split up?

The cost of your flight will be split up into four payments of equal amounts, to be paid over a six-week period. The first payment should be made at the time of booking and the remaining are made over the subsequent six-week period.

Does Quadpay charge interest?

No, Quadpay doesn't charge interest when you buy flights with Alternative Airlines or if you make any other purchases with Quadpay at another online retailer.

Can Quadpay reject my application?

Yes, if Quadpay can't verify your personal details or does not deem you eligible for a loan, they can reject your application and you won't be able to use them as a payment method.

Which country is Quadpay accepted?

Quadpay is accepted in the U.S and Canada for customers paying $USD and $CAD.

Can I use Quadpay to pay for US domestic flights?

Yes, Quadpay can be used to pay for US domestic flights. Quadpay can be used to pay for flights on any of the airlines at Alternative Airlines that fly US domestic flights. This includes Delta, United, Sun Country Airlines, JetBlue, SouthwestAlaska Airlines and many more.

Can I use Quadpay to pay for international flights?

Yes, you can use Quadpay to pay for international flights. You can use Quadpay to pay for international flights travelling to/from the US on carriers such as American AirlinesNorwegian and others, as well as international flights between other countries too.

Can I use Quadpay to pay for flights on airlines that aren't from the US?

Quadpay has rebranded to Zip and the same way can be used to pay for flights from any of the 600+ airlines available at Alternative Airlines. This includes airlines that aren't from the US and are flying between destinations outside of the US.

Can I set my payments up to be automatic?

Yes, all payments will be taken automatically from the card that you use to make your first payment. This means that you don't have to worry about manually paying and missing a payment. Quadpay notifies you about upcoming instalment due dates so you are prepared to pay.

What is Quadpay?

Quadpay is a payment method that allows you to make purchases and pay in four simple instalments using a credit or debit card. Quadpay splits your purchase amount into four payments, which are to be paid every two weeks over a six-week period. By using Quadpay, you're able to buy now and pay over time.

What information does Quadpay require?

To use Quadpay, you're only asked for five simple details:

  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. Date of number
  4. US mobile number
  5. Debit/credit card (for sign up)

For verification, Quadpay sends a text message to your mobile. This means you don't have to worry about creating a username or password.

Who can use Quadpay?

To use Quadpay and be able to create a Quadpay account you must:

  • Live within the US or Canada
  • Be aged 18 years or older
  • Have a valid mobile number which can be verified
  • Have a US credit or debit card which you can use to make a purchase
How do I sign up for Quadpay?

You can sign-up to Quadpay when you select it as your payment method at checkout. Quadpay will ask for your date of birth, mobile number and debit/credit card before they make an instant decision on whether you're approved.

How can I view my Quadpay orders or account?

The Quadpay app allows you to easily manage all of your orders.

As well as the app, you can also manage your orders (past and current) by visiting the QuadPay Customer Portal.

Will I be notified before I am charged for an instalment?

Quadpay will send an SMS reminder to the mobile number that you've provided before each payment.

When is my first payment due?

The first payment is due at checkout and at the time of purchase. This payment is 25% of the total cost. The remaining three payments are automatically billed from the debit/credit card that you provided, every two weeks.

Am I able to pay off my purchase early?

Yes, you can pay off the remaining cost of your purchase at any point before the final payments are due. To do so, log in to the Quadpay app or Customer Portal.

What should I do if I'm having trouble with my payment?

If you're having trouble with your payment, it's important to notify QuadPay as soon as possible. This will prevent you from being charged a late fee.

Although payments are automatic, there are some instances where you'll be charged a late fee, such as if your card is invalid or you have insufficient funds. The QuadPay help page provides full information on late fees and when they occur.

If there is an error with your payment, you can submit a request to QuadPay Support for help.

What if I lose or want to change my payment card on an existing order?

If you have an existing order and you want to change the card which is used to pay for future payments on that order, follow these three steps:

Log in to the QuadPay Customer Portal.

  1. Navigate to the 'Orders Page' and click 'View Order' for the order that you'd like to change the card for
  2. Next to the payment card that is attached to your order, click 'Edit' and select the new card that you'd like to use by clicking 'Use this Card'
What happens if I receive a full or partial refund?

If your flight ticket with Alternative Airlines is refunded, QuadPay will refund the amount that you've paid to-date plus cancel any future payments that are scheduled for your order. If you're due a partial refund, QuadPay will reduce/cancel future payments for that order before refunding any of the payments that you've already paid.

Alternatives to Quadpay

If you prefer to use another pay-in-4 option to Quadpay, you can also split your flight payments in 4 with Sezzle, Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay at checkout. Please note that Canadian residents can only use Affirm and Quadpay.
