The airline launched direct flights between Tbilisi International Airport, the capital of Georgia, and the coastal city of Batumi on the 29th of July 2023. Georgian Wings flies to a couple of destinations within Azerbaijan and Georgia. In addition to this, the airline is planning to expand its route network to Ganja. Georgian Wings operates its flights using an ATR 72 aircraft.
Geosky is a Georgian cargo airline that was founded in 2017. It also operates passenger flights using Georgian Wings aircraft and branding. Geosky specialises in transporting furniture, vehicles, oversized cargo, legal cargo, perishable cargo, medical cargo, agricultural cargo and dangerous goods, as well as any type of parcel.

Please note that overweight baggage will lead to extra fees of EUR 5.00 for each additional kilogram.
Carry-on Baggage
When travelling with Georgian Wings, your carry-on baggage will vary depending on the ticket fare you purchased.
For Promo Economy, Lite Economy and Standard Economy passengers, the carry-on baggage allowance is 5kg.
Plus Economy passengers are allowed to bring one piece of carry-on baggage, weighing no more than 7kg.
Checked Baggage
Please note that you're checked baggage allowance will vary on the fare you purchased at the time of booking with Georgian Wings. Checked baggage is not included, free of charge, for Promo Economy and Lite Economy passengers.
Georgian Wings Standard Economy passengers are allowed to bring 10kg worth of checked baggage.
Georgian Wings Plus Economy passengers are allowed to bring 20kg worth of checked baggage.
The Weight Concept luggage rule sets a maximum total weight for your bags. You can't go over this limit without paying an extra fee. You can bring as many bags as you want, as long as all of them together don't weigh more than the limit. This limit is about all your bags together, not each bag individually.
For example, if your flight follows the Weight Concept with a 20kg allowance, you can either bring one bag that weighs 20kg or two bags, each weighing 10kg. You can also mix and match bags, but their combined weight should not exceed 20kg.
Please be aware that the airline has a strict rule that each individual bag must not weigh more than 32kg on Georgian Wings flights.

Georgian Wings has 4 different fare types: Promo Economy, Lite Economy, Standard Economy and Lite Economy.
Promo Economy
Promo Economy, offered by Georgian Wings, provides travellers with a budget-friendly option for their flights. Passengers in this fare class are allowed a carry-on baggage allowance of 5 kg. However, it's important to note that Promo Economy tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable, emphasising the need for careful travel planning. In-flight, passengers can enjoy soft drinks, and catering options are available on board, including a sandwich menu. Additionally, it's essential to be aware that a no-show or an unused ticket in this fare class is non-refundable. This fare class is designed to cater to passengers seeking cost-effective travel options.
Lite Economy
In the Lite Economy fare class, provided by Georgian Wings, passengers are entitled to a 5-kilogram hand baggage allowance. This fare class allows passengers the flexibility to modify their flights up to 24 hours before departure for a fee of EUR 25.00, but changes cannot be made within 24 hours of departure. It's important to bear in mind that Lite Economy tickets are non-refundable. Passengers can enjoy soft drinks onboard, and this fare class is ideal for budget-conscious travellers seeking an economical travel option.
Standard Economy
In the Standard Economy fare class provided by Georgian Wings, passengers are entitled to a 5kg carry-on baggage allowance and can check in up to 10kg of checked baggage. Additionally, passengers should be aware that a no-show or an unused ticket in this fare class is non-refundable.
Plus Economy

Airport Check-in
The check-in desks at the airport open 1.5 hours before the scheduled departure time and are operational until 30 minutes before takeoff.
To ensure a stress-free journey, Georgian Wings recommends passengers arrive at the airport with sufficient time before their flight. For Batumi flights, it's advisable to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure, while for Tbilisi flights, a 1.5-hour buffer is suggested.
