What are the next steps after I buy my flights with a Buy Now, Pay Later provider?
Once you have booked your flights, chosen your preferred payment plan and made your first payment with your chosen BNPL provider at checkout, your e-ticket will be instantly sent to you. If you don't receive your ticket instantly, don't worry as we often run procedural checks before sending you your ticket. You will always receive your ticket within 24 hours and we will keep you updated on when it should arrive.
The remaining balance of your payment plan will be paid off over time and you will receive email updates from us to keep you informed of your upcoming payments.
What Buy Now Pay Later options are available in Europe for flights?
At Alternative Airlines, we offer Klarna, FLOA and Oney to European travellers.
- Klarna is available to residents of Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Austria, France, Ireland, Czechia, Greece, Poland, Romania and Portugal.

What happens if I need to cancel my flight and I have used a Buy Now, Pay Later provider?
Rest assured if you choose to book with us, and you are forced to cancel your flight due to an emergency you will receive a full refund. However, this will only be guaranteed if you purchased a refundable ticket or by adding cancellation protection at checkout.

Are there any hidden fees or interest charges?
Many of our Buy Now Pay Later plans are interest free with no additional costs, but not all of them. Some of our providers may change interest or request for an additional fee for longer term payment plans, late or missed payments. Before you confirm your flights, you will receive a full breakdown of any fees, interest and repayment schedule.
