When you reach the payment methods stage, select 'Newpay' as your preferred payment method. If you don't already have an existing Newpay account, you can create one and then wait for your account to be approved.
Once your account has been registered, select the payment plan that works best for you with Newpay. When you use Newpay, you can spread the cost of your purchase into monthly instalments, ranging from 6-24 months. We'll send you your e-tickets immediately after your booking has been confirmed. All you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your flight knowing you won't have to pay the full cost of your ticket upfront!

No, unfortunately not. Newpay isn't currently available as a payment option at checkout with Alternative Airlines. Don't worry! We do offer other alternatives with similar payment plans such as Clearpay, Klarna, and Fly Now Pay Later. Different payment options will be available at checkout depending on your country of residence and the currency you're paying in.
If you fail to make payments on time to your Newpay payment plan, Newpay will charge you a late payment fee - this late payment could potentially be reported to credit reference agencies making it difficult for you to receive credit in the future.
If you don't make monthly payments and choose to only pay your contractual minimum payment, you won't go into arrears however your plan will be cancelled. Your remaining balance will then be moved to flexible credit and charged at your standard purchase rate.
Yes, your Newpay application can be denied if you don't meet Newpay's eligibility criteria. In order to use Newpay, you need to be a permanent resident of the UK (and have lived in the UK for the last 12 months), be 18 years or older with a regular income, have a current UK bank account, a valid email address and lastly a UK registered mobile number.
Newpay will also run a quick no-risk eligibility check to see how likely you'll be accepted - this won't affect your credit rating.
With Newpay, you won't need to pay more than what has been agreed in your contract. However, if you fail to make payments on time or miss a payment, you will be charged a late payment fee.
