Air Santo Domingo (or, ‘ASD’) was an airline based in the Dominican Republic. The airline ceased operations in the 2000s. As of 2026, Air Santo Domingo was reportedly going through expansion plans and hoped to expand its route network via SAP Handling.
The airline had over 39 years of aviation experience, having previously operated both domestic and international flights to destinations including Haiti and Puerto Rico. The airline’s main market was local travellers, those who may have been flying to visit family/friends.
ASD also provided private charter flights, flying to a number of domestic destinations.
Before it ceased operations, the airline flew from Santo Domingo to the following destinations:
Although delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the airline was set to commence flights from Las Américas International Airport, which is also in the Dominican Republic, to Tortola and Anguilla. It has yet to be confirmed when these flights will now commence.

Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) opened in 1959 and primarily serves international services from the Dominican Republic. From the airport, passengers can take both international and limited domestic flights to other Caribbean islands, Europe, North America and South America.
Air Santo Domingo used to use Santo Domingo La Isabela Airport as its primary hub, however, it later moved its operations to Las Americas. The other airlines that also base their operations from SDQ include Sky High and Sky Cana.
The airline’s fleet included the following aircraft: a BAe Jetstream 32 (HI-856), used for charter flights, and a Saab 340, which is a twin-engine turboprop aircraft and used for scheduled flights.
