Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to the 1 x 1000 MYR Voucher Giveaway ("Giveaway") promoted on Instagram by Alternative Airlines (@alternative.airlines) on the 15th of July until the 29th of July.
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to comply with these T&Cs.
Promoter
The promoter is Alternative Airlines (Promoter) whose registered address is Suite 6F, Gatwick House, Peeks Brook Lane, Horley, Surrey, RH6 9ST, United Kingdom. Please note that the Promoter is solely responsible for the fulfilment of this Giveaway and all liabilities therein.
Eligibility
2.1 The Giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees, representatives, or agents of the sponsoring company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
Prize
3.1 The prize (Prize) for the Giveaway is one (1) x flight voucher.
3.2 The value of the voucher is RM1000 MYR.
3.3 The flight voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
3.4 Alternative Airlines Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a flight booking or prevent the issuance of any ticket if fraudulent activities are suspected, without prior warning.
Entry Rules
4.1 The campaign will run from the 15th of July until the 29th of July.
4.2 To be eligible, participants must comply with all entry requirements specified in the giveaway post.
Winner Selection
5.1 One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
5.2 The winner will be notified through direct message with instructions to claim the prize on the 31st of July after the Giveaway ends.
5.3 The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within seven (7) days of being contacted, the promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize.
Redeeming the Prize
6.1 The voucher code can be redeemed when making a single booking, or separately over two bookings.
6.2 The Prize will be issued to 1 x Giveaway winner. The giveaway winner will receive one voucher code.
6.3 The voucher will be valid from the 31st of August 2024 until the 31st of August 2025.
6.4 The voucher can be redeemed when booking through www.alternativeairlines.com only.
Currency
7.1 The discount amount will be in MYR.
Minimum Spend Requirement
8.1 A minimum spend of RM1 MYR is required to redeem the voucher code.
8.2 To redeem the code in MYR, a minimum basket value of at least RM1001 MYR is required.
Booking Changes and Cancellations
9.1 All flight changes and cancellations are subject to the airline’s policies and Alternative Airlines' standard terms and conditions. For more information, please refer to the Company's website.
9.2 The voucher is non-refundable.
Data Protection and Publicity
10.1 The promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Alternative Airlines’ privacy policy.
