    There are several airstrips located around various parts of the Maasai Mara. They're near different safari groups.

    Maasai Mara airports:

    • Keekorok Airport (KEU) - Within the southern Maasai Mara.
    • Angama Airstrip (ANA) - Within the southwestern Maasai Mara.
    • Ol Kiombo Airstrip (OLX) - Within the central Maasai Mara.
    • Kichwa Tembo Airstrip (KTJ) - Within the northernmost point of the Maasai Mara.
    • Serena Airstrip (MRE) - Within the western Maasai Mara.
    • Olare Orok Airstrip (OLG) - Within the Olare Motorogi Conservancy, to the north of the Maasai Mara.

    To reach most of these airports, you'll have to fly from Wilson Airport (WIL). WIL primarily offers domestic flights.

    If you can't get a direct flight to WIL, you can first fly to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), which serves Nairobi and is Kenya's main international airport. Transferring from NBO to WIL is often just a 45-90-minute car journey, but it can take up to 3 hours in heavy traffic.
