Liliair was an airline based in Klagenfurt, Austria. The airline planned to launch its operations in April 2023. Liliair aimed to operate scheduled flights to Frankfurt, Munich and Hamburg, however, it also planned to connect Carinthia Klagenfurt and the Alps-Adriatic region with lots of destinations across the world. The airline was going to operate flights from its base at Klagenfurt Airport.
Liliair's fleet would have consisted of 2 x CRJ900 aircraft to begin with, but in the future, the airline planned to expand its fleet size. At first, there would be 2 daily connections to the German economic metropolis Frankfurt and connections to Hamburg and Munich.
Around €27 million was invested in Liliair. The investment would offer up to 45 jobs, to begin with and will help Liliair connect Klagefurt to destinations around the world.
