Unfortunately, Wisdom Airways has ceased operations.
Wisdom Airways was a proposed Thai carrier to be based at Chiang Mai International Airport. The airline planned to operate charter and scheduled services from Chiang Mai, using a Cessna Grand Caravan 208B aircraft on lease from May 2018. Alternative Airlines planned to sell cheap Wisdom Airways flights as soon as possible. The airline planned to operate the Northern Thailand services that were once dominated by Kan Air. Kan Air suspended operations in Chiang Mai on 21-Apr-2017. Wisdom Airways aimed to use the air operator certificate (AOC) held by RPS System, as civil aviation authorities suspended the issuance of permits.
Unfortunately, Wisdom Airways ceased operations in 2019 after only 2 years of operation.

Chang Mai International Airport is Thailands fourth busiest airport, serving the capital of the Chiang Mai province. The airport was established in 1921 as Suthep Airport and in 2013, almost a century later, it served over 5 million passengers, helping them get from A to B on more tha 43,000 flights. There are two terminals, one for domestic passengers and the other for international flights. A few airlines which fly into Chiang Mai International include: Eva Air, China Eastern Airlines, Thai Smile and VietJet Air.

Wisdom Airways announces launch
Wisdom Airways has announced that it will commence its inaugural operations this month, nearly half a year after it has taken delivery of its maiden two Cessna (single turboprop) 208B Grand Caravans. The first scheduled route for this aircraft will be from Chiang Mai to Nan Nakhon. This route will run thrice weekly and act as compensation for the termination of Kan Air. Despite plans to launch in December 2017, Wisdom Airways found itself delayed by some six months in comparison to the original schedule mostly due to regulatory obstacles. The AOC of R.P.S. System, which has expired in December 2017, needs to be reactivated. In addition, operations in Thailand's north, in a mountainous terrain and out of poorly equipped airports, require additional certification for the pilots. International flights are also on the cards for Wisdom Airways, who plan to launch flights to Myanmar in the not too distant future.
