About Vladivostok Air
Vladivostok Air was an airline based in Primorski Krai in Russia. It was the largest carrier in the Russian Far East and Siberia and operated scheduled domestic flights within Russia as well as international flights to Africa, Asia and Europe. Charter flights were also a part of Vladivostok Air's service while it was operating.
Vladivostok Air was founded in 1932 as Aeroflot but became independent in 1992. Its main hub of operations was at Vladivostok International Airport where it flew to over 40 destinations with a fleet of just over 20 aircraft.
The airline was reacquired by Aeroflot in 2011 but eventually ceased operations in 2013 when it merged with SAT Airlines to form Aurora, which is still operating.

Vladivostok International Airport is an international airport situated in Primorsky Krai, Russia. The airport was formerly known as Knevichi Airport and was named after the village of Knevichi.
The airport is a gateway for passengers travelling to and from China, Japan, South Korea and other parts of Asia. It has two passenger terminals that serve both domestic and international flights.
The airport is currently a hub for Aurora Airlines and S7 Airlines.
