Tunisair Express is a Tunisian airline based at Tunis-Carthage International Airport. It primarily operates domestic flights in Tunisia but also flies to select cities in Italy and Malta.
Tunisair Express was formerly known as Tuninter and SevenAir until it was renamed in 2011. It is owned by its parent company, Tunisair, the national flag carrier of Tunisia.
The airline is currently the only carrier to operate domestic flights in Tunisia. It served 6 million passengers between 1992 and 2008 and carried around 300,00 passengers in 2008 alone.
As of 2015, it was announced that Tunisair Express would be merged into Tunisair to achieve better profitability.

Carry-on Baggage
Only 1 piece of free carry-on baggage is allowed per passenger on Tunisair Express flights. This carry-on baggage cannot weigh more than 6kg and mustn't exceed the maximum dimensions of 55x 35 x 25 cm (length x width x height).
Checked Baggage
On domestic flights with Tunisair Express, passengers are permitted one piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 15 kg per person. For international flights, there is an allowance of 20 kg of checked baggage per person.
Cabin Classes
Tunisair Express only operates regional flights with short durations therefore it only has a single-class cabin configuration in its aircraft (Economy).
When flying with Tunisair Express, you can expect an Economy Class level of service.

Online check-in isn't currently available for flights with Tunisair Express. To check-in for your flight with Tunisair Express, you will need to do so at the airport.
Airport Check-in
Check-in for your Tunisair Express flight at the airport. There will be check-in counters available inside the airport for both international and domestic flights.
If you're flying internationally with the airline, you'll need to be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight is scheduled to depart.
For domestic flights, it's recommended that you arrive at least 2.5 hours before your flight.
Ticket booths will close 1 hour before international departures and 45 minutes before domestic departures.

Due to the type of aircraft Tunisair Express operates, it may not provide in-flight entertainment. We suggest bringing your own forms of entertainment on board with you such as a book or magazine to read, or your favourite TV shows/movies downloaded onto your portable devices to keep you entertained throughout your flight.

Tunisair Express operates short-haul flights within Tunisia and to Italy and Malta, therefore it may not offer a meal service onboard. It may have an in-flight menu where you can purchase snacks or beverages during your flight.

Tunis-Carthage International Airport
Tunis–Carthage International Airport is an international airport in Tunis, the capital of Tunisia. It's currently a hub for Tunisair, Tunisair Express and Nouvelair.
The airport was built in the 1920s and was the first seaplane base in Tunisia. The airfield opened in 1938 serving almost 6000 passengers a year on the Paris-Tunis route.
Over the years, Tunis-Carthage International Airport has served as a convenient connection points for several French airlines including Aigle Azur (ceased) and TAI (ceased).
From this airport, there are direct flights available between Tunis and many countries in Europe and Africa, including the UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Greece, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Senegal, Guinea, Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast, among several others.

Tunisair Express doesn't currently have a frequent flyer program however it does reward loyal customers that fly on its domestic routes with subscription books.
