About Sparrow Aviation
Sparrow Aviation (formerly known as Flyglinjen) was a domestic airline based in Stockholm, Sweden, which was founded in 2010.
Sparrow Aviation flew between Kristianstad Airport in Kristianstad and Stockholm-Arlanda Airport in Stockholm. The route between Kristianstad-Stockholm Arlanda operated 6 days a week with up to 28 departures.
Sparrow Aviation was re-branded in 2014 and changed its name from Flyglinjen to Sparrow Aviation.
Sparrow Aviation began solely operating domestic flights in the south of Sweden and, from 2014, started a new route from Göteborg City Airport (GSE) to Stockholm Bromma Airport (BMA). The route between Gothenburg and Stockholm ended in January 2015 due to the sudden closure of Göteborg City Airport by Swedavia.
The airline ceased operations in June 2018 due to bankruptcy.

Baggage
Cabin and check-in baggage - Sparrow Aviation allowed all passengers to check in one (1) bag and bring one (1) cabin bag free of charge.
Class Fares
Due to the nature of Sparrow Aviation's Fokker 50, the airline only offered Economy Class. This means the level of service would be very basic with very few benefits or extras.
Passengers could purchase breakfast, snacks and drinks, when travelling with Sparrow Aviation. Coffee/tea was free of charge.
Sparrow Aviation operated all flights with free seating. Sparrow Aviation reserved the right to reassign seats after boarding - this may have been necessary for safety reasons.

Stockholm Arlanda Airport is an international airport situated in Stockholm, Sweden. It is the largest airport in Sweden and is a major gateway to international air travel for the majority of Sweden.
Sparrow Aviation used this airport as its hub before it ceased operations. The airport is currently a hub for SAS Scandinavian Airlines. It is also frequently used by Eurowings, Finnair, Norwegian Air Sweden and Ryanair.
Fleet
Sparrow Aviation only had one aircraft in its fleet - this was the Fokker 50. With the Fokker 50, Sparrow Aviation could seat up to 50 passengers per flight.
