Baggage Policy
Business Class: Offered 40kg of checked baggage on all flights to/from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Sudan, United Arab Emirates and Iraq.
Economy Class: on the same flights are offered 30kg of checked baggage.
Unchecked baggage is 7kg and infants are entitled to 10kg of checked baggage.
Passengers with checked baggage exceeding the allowance will be liable to pay excess baggage fees.
Cabin Classes
Nile Air officially operates 2 cabin classes - Economy and Business. The majority of seats onboard the aircraft are in Economy, with just 8 seats in Business.

The airline offers a full-service product, with beverages and meals, as well as your baggage allowance included in the price of an economy ticket. This means you won’t need to pay extra fees for baggage allowance.

Business seats have a pitch of 42 inches and are upholstered in fine padded leather. Passengers can select where they sit when booking, and are assured either a window seat or an aisle seat.
Check-In
For domestic flights in Egypt, you'll need to be checked in at least 1 hour before departure - boarding closes 25 minutes before takeoff. For international flights with Nile Air, it's recommended that you be checked in at least 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
Online Check-In
Online check-in for Nile Air flights is available on Nile Air's official website. You can check in online 48 hours before a domestic flight departure and 24 hours before an international flight departure.
Airport Check-In
You can check in at the airport by using the self-service kiosks or going to Nile Air's ticket counter. It's recommended that you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart to allow you enough time to check in. Avoid queues when checking in at the airport by checking in online or via the airline's app instead.
For domestic flights, counter check-in opens 1 hour before takeoff. For international flights, counter check-in opens 75 minutes before takeoff.
Mobile Check-In
Nile Air has an app that you can use to check in for your flight via your mobile device. The app is available on the Google Play Store.
