MAYAir is a regional airline based in Cancún, Mexico and its main base is Cancún International Airport (CUN) and the secondary base is Mérida International Airport (MID). Founded in 1994, it's first years were as a Charter Flight Company, becoming in the regional feeder airline for the Cancun-Cozumel shuttle with 6 daily round flights in comfortable 19-passenger Dornier 228 aircraft by February 2009. This new stage for the airline started as a joint venture with Lomas Travel Group, a Destination Management Company interested in providing the best experiences to visitors of Cancun and Riviera Maya since 1981.

Carry-ons are accepted onboard MAYAir Flights, passengers are permitted one piece per person, as long as it does not exceed the following dimensions: tall 37 cm, wide 27 cm, 45 cm and its weight shall not exceed 5kg.
Checked Baggage
The maximum weight for checked baggage is 20kg per person.

Currently, MAYAir offers one class fare on its flights: the standard economy. You can stay entertained on board with MAYAair's in-flight magazines iTips.
