FlyOne is a privately owned low-cost airline headquartered in Chisinau, Moldova. It has a subsidiary airline in Armenia called Fly One Armenia. The airline operates scheduled and charter flights from its base at Chisinau International Airport. The Moldovan start-up plans to offer charters to Heraklion and Rhodes as well before branching into the scheduled services sector with budget flights to Russia, France, Portugal, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. With this launch, it brings to six the number of routes FlyOne operates. The airline received its Air Operator Certificate in March 2016 and operated its first scheduled passenger flights in June 2016. In December 2016, FlyOne joined the Multilateral Agreement “Domodedovo Transfer Service” (М2-Closed Fare), whose participants are the largest Russian and foreign air carriers, flying to Domodedovo International Airport (Moscow).

FlyOne has different baggage policies for carry-on and checked baggage.
Carry-on Baggage
FlyOne passengers are entitled to 1 single hand luggage and 1 single personal item. Hand Baggage must not weigh more than 8 kg and dimensions (in sum) 115 cm (50 x 40 x 25 cm), including the wheels, handle or lateral pockets.
Checked Baggage
The standard baggage allowance for FlyOne passengers is one piece of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 23kg.
Cabin Classes
Currently, Flyone offers one class fare on its flights: the standard economy. The cabin crew team will be on-hand to help should passengers require anything.
Economy Facilities
Passengers can enjoy a light meal on board with both hot and cold beverages and can also stay entertained onboard with Flyone's in-flight magazine.
Economy Seats
Passengers are sat in comfortable and spacious seating with a good amount of legroom. On all aircraft, seats are set out in a 3 x 3 formation and give 29–32 inches of pitch and 18 inches of width.
FlyOne Class Information
Passengers can choose between 4 groups of economy fare; promo, standard, loyal and advantage.
In the promo and standard fares, passengers will enjoy in-flight catering, the ability to check in online, and a small cabin bag of up to 8kg.
In the Loyal fare, passengers will enjoy all of that in the standard far, in addition to a checked bag up to 23kg and the ability to select a seat.
Passengers in the Advantage fare will enjoy all of that of the standard fare, with the addition of a checked bag up to 32kg, premium seat selection (seats with extra legroom) and a special meal.
Check-In
FlyOne passengers can check in online and at the airport. Find out about FlyOne' check-in policy, including check-in closing and opening times.
Online Check-in
Passengers can check-in for their FlyOne flight from 24 hours before their flight up until 4 hours before their flight. Online check-in can be performed at the FlyOne online check-in page. Passengers must accept the FlyOne check-in conditions and then enter the relevant flight details.
Airport Check-in
Passengers can check-in for their FlyOne flight on the day of travel at the airport by visiting one of the FlyOne check-in desks. Please be aware that FlyOne airport check-in closes three hours before scheduled flight departure time and closes 60 minutes before. There is a small charge for passengers who wish to check-in at the airport, if you don't want to be charged, we advise checking in online for free and printing your boarding pass.
