Baggage Policy
FlyCycladic has different baggage rules for carry-on and checked baggage.
Carry-on Baggage
FlyCycladic allows passengers to bring one personal item, weighing no more than 2.3 KG such as a handbag, camera, laptop etc. Personal items must fit under the seat in front of you.
Personal items must not exceed 40 x 18 x 15cm including handles, side pockets and wheels.
Checked Baggage
FlyCycladic allows passengers to bring 1 piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 23kg.
Check-In
FlyCycladic has a different check in policy depending on the method of check in you select. Find out about FlyCycladic' check-in policy, including check-in closing and opening times.
Online Check-in
FlyCycladic passengers can check in online 48 hours prior to the flight departure time. Online check-in will close 3 hours beforehand. When you check in online, you can also pre-book your seat and print out your boarding pass.
Airport Check-in
FlyCycladic opens its airport check-in desks 3 hours prior to the flight departure time.
Frequent Flyer Programme
FlyCycladic doesn't currently offer a frequent flyer programme.
Food & Drinks
Passengers are not allowed to bring their own food and drinks onboard. However, FlyCycladic does allow baby milk. Food must be stored in your baggage.
Due to the short plane journey, it's likely that FlyCycladic will not offer food and drinks to purchase on board.
Special Services
FlyCycladic only offers a small number of special services on board their aircraft.
Travelling With a Pet
FlyCycladic allows you to bring a cat or a dog into the main cabin of the aircraft. The total weight of your pet must not weigh more than 5kg and it must not be bigger than 45 x 35 x 24 cm.
Wheelchair Assistance
If you or a member of your party require wheelchair assistance, you must contact FlyCycladic at least 48 hours prior to the flight departure time.
