About DART Ukrainian Airlines
DART Ukrainian Airlines, also known as Dart Air, was a rapidly growing Ukrainian airline, which was founded in 1997. The airline was headquartered in Kiev and based at Kiev International Airport. DART Ukrainian Airlines flew to many destinations including Tbilisi, Athens, Kiev, Odessa and Tivat. During its period of operation, the company kept a secure position in the market of charter and tourist travels in Ukraine, constantly taking care of the comfort and safety of flights, renewing fleet and improving its staff qualifications regularly.
In 2013 DART Ukrainian Airlines successfully passed EC-type examination OPS 1 and received an Air Operator Certificate № UK 020. DART Airlines received an operating permit for cargo-carrying operations in 2014. DART Airlines' core activities of DART were group charters utilizing medium-range aircraft and custom-fitted flights on business-jets.

The State Aviation Administration of Ukraine (SAAU) announced the suspension of local carrier DART Airlines' Air Operator's Certificate (AOC). The European Aviation Safety Agency has also temporarily suspended Dart Ukrainian Airlines' right to operate flights to European Union countries. Founded in 1995, DART Ukrainian Airlines specialised in passenger charter and scheduled flights using a fleet of one A320-200, one B737-300, one B737-500, and one A319-100 (leased from Olympus Airways (OLY, Athens Int'l).
