About Cimber Air
Cimber Air also known as Cimber Sterling A/S was a Danish airline that operated domestic and international flights in cooperation with Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) and Lufthansa. The airline was based in Sønderborg, Sønderborg Municipality, Denmark and its main bases were Copenhagen Airport and Billund Airport. The airline also had a smaller base in Aalborg Airport.
Cimber Air ceased operations in May 2012 due to bankruptcy.
Baggage Allowance
Carry-on Baggage
Cimber Air passengers were allowed to bring one piece of carry-on baggage weighing no more than 8kg. The maximum dimensions of the carry-on bag could not exceed 50 cm, 40 cm and 25 cm.
Checked Baggage
Cimber Air passengers were allowed to bring up to 2 pieces of checked baggage. Cimber Air passengers had to pay per piece of checked baggage. Your checked baggage could not weigh more than 20kg per piece.
Infants were allowed to bring one piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 10kg, at no additional cost.
Please note that the checked baggage could not exceed 158 cm per piece (height + width + depth).
Check In
Online Check-In
Cimber Air didn't offer online check-in. Passengers had to check in at the airport.
Airport Check-In
Alternative Airlines advises that you arrive at least 3 hours prior to your flight departure time in order to avoid long queues at the airport and allow enough time for your airport journey.

Cimber Air didn't offer any form of in-flight entertainment for its passengers.
