The airline was founded in 1998 with its first operations starting with a single Cessna Caravan D4-CBJ. A few months later that year the airline added Let Turbolet to their fleet. The airline was bought by Omni Aviacoa in 2007 from the founder of the airline Captain Jean-Christophe Bartz.
